Razer Pro type- Item Serial is unknown when trying to register
I recently bought my new Pro Type Keyboard off of amazon and when i try to register it I'm getting "item serial is unknown" message. is there a way to fix this I've double checked to make sure I'm just not typing something incorrectly and its still popping up.
