I am uncertain if there is a thread for this already so forgive me if there is.



Here is my issue... and I have had this issue with ALL of my razor products over last 5+ years.



If I have a key depressed say W to run forward on a game and then I click a different key like my mouse button 5 for push to talk or really any other button the first button will stay depressed! Not physically mind you just on a software/firmware side of things. I have tried looking for settings to make it so that the keys dont have this issue but to no avail.

I have currently:

Tartarus v2

Naga Trinity

Blackwidow chroma v2



The tartarus and Naga are my 2nd of both products! All of them have done this.
[left]I have the same issue mate, got told by support to reinstall synapse. Didn't work as I expected. The option right now is to live with it, or uninstall Synapse and rebind the keys in all games you play with the default keys for the keypad. Please update me if you find a fix!
