I’ve done all the troubleshooting stuff that I can do. It is clean on the inside. I’m using it on a work computer, so I am unable to download Synapse. Is there anything I can do? I can’t work like this anymore and this was an expensive keyboard to just throw away. Very disappointed in Razer at this point after a few other faulty products. 

Tried to use it without Synapse (or better to test it on another PC without synapse)?

It does double/triple typing on all keys or some specific ones?

Yes I’ve tried it on three different computers. Two personal PCs with Synapse and one work PC without Synapse. I’ve had the same issue with all three. It is random keys. It changes every time. I’ve had anything from double type “aa” all the way to quintuple type “aaaaa”

I'm here to assist you. Can you please tell me when you started experiencing the issue with your keyboard? Also, were any changes made to your system or device? Additionally, were there any incidents that happened to your keyboard before the problem occurred? Can you also confirm if the issue occurs on both 2.4 and Bluetooth?
