Razer Raiju Not Charging

Hi All, Hope you can help. I checked other threads before posting to see if they have a solution with my issue but none of them cover this. I have the Raiju TE and when I first paired the pad, it had a tiny bit of battery life in there. The issue I am having is when I tried to charge it for the first time, no light shows on the pad. I have tried it in USB mode and BT mode with the official cable and with another cable. Any ideas or help will be widely appreciated. FYI it is the old PS4 Star Wars 1TB edition

    Hi, I don't have the exactly same issue, but my Raizer Raiju Tournament Edition controller only charges in BT mode while off and connected with USB-cable to the PS4 or PC. Did you try charging the controller while it is off? I've opened a ticket for this to see if this is working as intended. Eitherway, it is a bit silly to me that you couldn't use and charge the controller at the same time...

    I'm having the same problem. I had been looking for the solution to fix it but still can't see any. I'm rarely use my controller. Now, whenever I try to charge it, it only charge for a few seconds, then the light turn off. It work normal when connect to cable.
