Razer Raiju tournament edition BT disconnecting

So I switch to the ps4 Bluetooth option hold in the share and ps button for paring and all goes well I find the controller in my phones Bluetooth list I select it and a message pops up on my phone asking if I would like to pair. I pair the device and the blue light stops flashing and connected successfully. About 10 seconds later it suddenly disconnects and when I go back to my list of Bluetooth devices and try to connect it just tells me unavailable to pair. So I have to forget the device and re pair it. The problem is it looses connection after 10 seconds. I'm 100% sure it's not low battery, and the second problem is that it is not a type c cable it's the older version so I can't actually connect it to my Samsung z fold 3. Iv tried the same on other mobile devices and the comes up with the same problem. Please help me. Love you xx
