Razer Raiju Tournament Edition doesn't working

I had bought this goddamn controller few weeks ago and decided to try it yesterday. Gosh. How the hell this is possible to make a controller, that isn't working? Why the razer software is so awful? Windows perfectly defines the controller, while Razer Synapse — actually Razer Software — doesn't see it. And it's impossible to me to use the controller anywhere. I can't play with it. I can't use it. And don't even know why. I had installed every single driver or firmware update: no result. Reinstalling everything: the same. This is the last Razer product I will ever buy. This is absolute nonsense. «Premium» product that isn't working and haven't got at least minimum software support.

    The Razer Raiju TE controller does not require the Synapse application. It's expected behavior for Synapse not to detect it. To update the firmware and customization, you can use the Raiju app. Did you already follow the steps here?
