Razer Raiju Tournament Edition R2 Button problem

Hello there, i bought RRTE 2/3 months ago and R2 button is always triggered(i can push it). When i entered any game , i'm starting shooting, driving , running etc but if i push r2 button the character/car is stoping. Is this a physic or technic problem ?

    Have you tried updating the controller's firmware? Please replicate the issue while connecting it to another port in your gaming console or to another console. If the device was purchased from RazerStore (razer.com), please submit a case by contacting our Support Team. Otherwise, please communicate where you bought the product, especially those who are residing outside the US.
