Razer Raiju ultimate drift

My Raiju ultimate arrived today and trying to play CoD Black ops 4 on PS4 and it's almost unplayable due to stick drift... worse on right stick... Tried the firmware update and it says already up to date.. what now before I send it back for a refund..

    What is the version of the firmware that you are trying to install on the Raiju controller? Can you send us a screenshot of the said prompt that says the controller's firmware is up to date? Also, from what region/country are you in?
