I just installed my Razer Raptor 27" the RGB Is flickering once in a while, can this be resolved some how or is this a hardware issue?





Also the plastic knob holding the cable sheaths broke (not too much of a concern, mainly the RGB flickering).
Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Is there any way for you to test it on another machine and check if it behaves the same? Do send me the serial number of your Raptor via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you further. Let's take it from there.
