Razer Raptor 27 165" Help

Hey! Could someone please help? I have got the Raptor 27 165" but I can't seem to change the lighting in synapse. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but as you can see it. the lighting is greyed out and I can't click on it? I've plugged the type-c in but that does not work.

    Go to the "Lighting subtab" so you can enable the underglow brightness and access the advanced effects to fully customize the RGB of your monitor.
