The lighting option is greyed out. Tired reinstalling razer synapse then re plugging everything in. I have it plugged in via usb c and I cannot update firmware although it makes a noise when you plug the usb c in it does not detect it is plugged in.
I got a usb c to a adapter and tried a port I know works. This still done not show up.
Anyone know something else I can try or a fix for this?
