Razer Raptor not detected by Synapse

I plugged in everything, and I know that the USB-C has to be connected in order for it to be configurable under Synapse, but all I get in device manager is a Generic PnP monitor. There doesn't seem to be any drivers available, and it also isn't being picked up by Synapse 3. Am I missing something? Yes, I've plugged in everything correctly and have double checked all physical connections.

    Sooooooo does Razer Support actually have support presence on these here forums? Do I really need to clog up manned support by sending a ticket? Waiting patiently still.
