hi there i just got a Razer Wolverine controller installed the software then went to change the controller remapping it worked the first time i then went back and all i get is the xbox sound when i press the a button ive tryed uninstalling software reanstalling it i still getthe box sound i can make new profiles but not access them any help would be nice

    Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling the Synapse for Xbox? Also, what specific model of the Wolverine controller do you have?

    yes, several times. The strange thing is that the profile is not initialized and remains there even after reinstalling.

      i have tried Wolverine for xbox several times. if you opened synapse for xbox, you receive the message " download the new apps" and no working. I disappointed the reply. i will refund. To fix this, I reinstalled a window 10 and tried everything I could. But nothing worked and the answer here is the same. very disappointed.
