Razer refusing to provide a recovery image.

Razer blade stealth 13" I contacted support and informed them that the recovery options for my system are broken. I included some basic system info including OS version info, motherboard revision and a copy of the invoice from the Microsoft store where I purchased the laptop. The invoice listed the OEM model information as well as the serial number. They responded asking for that same information as well as the s/n and model number for the power supply. Also they asked if the led of the power supply is still green and such.. They didn't respond for a few days so I reached out again ..they have now asked for all that information again stating that they have not received it.. I simply desire to reinstall my OS. I have said PLEASE many times here.. I don't understand why this is so difficult.. I just want an OEM restore image. If I have to pay for it ....fine ... Why are they making this so incredibly difficult?!
