RAZER Remote play connerction error due to Host PC GPU Encoding.

Hi,

I am currently trying Razer's Remote Play.
My PC is a Radeon 8700GE CPU, and the iGPU is configured with Radeon 780M. Since I use it as a headless without a monitor, I am using the PC with Windows RDP.

The problem is that there is no problem using the PC with RDP connection, but when I try to play a game with the Razer Remote play App on my iPhone, an error message pops up saying, "The host PC cannot encode. Please update the GPU or CPU drivers." and I cannot connect.

I have updated the CPU and GPU drivers to the latest versions. I welcome any suggestions from those with experience in this matter.

For those who are having similar issues as me, I will share the solution I found so far.

When using the PC in headless mode, the graphics card does not work properly because there is no proper display.

Therefore, to solve this, you need to connect a monitor to the PC, or use a dummy plug, otherwise  you can try to install Virtual display to activate the display.
