Hey insiders. I was wondering if any one of you have faced a similar problem to what i have faced and or if you were able to fix it. I recently bought a brand new Razer Cynosa V2 gaming keyboard "which is btw awesome." Anyway I registered my product with razer and hoped that I would get my silver from insider but there is no option for me to get it. The same happened with my Razer headset. 30 days later insider said that my silver had expired. Can someone please help?

Some zsilver achievements have a technical delay
this is also a "one off" achievement. So no matter how many RAZER keyboards you have or you purchase more in the future, you only get awarded once.
