I purchased a Ring light approx. a year ago, and it stopped working. It just doesn’t turn on. Ive tried plugging it into different power blocks, different USB ports and different computers, but it simply will not turn on.

Same happened to me. TWICE!
I had the Razer Ring Light stop working once and support was good enough to replace it the first time, it was even just a little outside a year and they replaced it anyway which I was grateful for.
But, the same thing happened AGAIN, and I don’t move the light, its always on my desk and I take very good care of my equipment. The support team was unable to replace the Razer Ring Light for the second time telling me it was out of warranty now, which is very disappointing because I’m happy with all RAZER products and it was the replacement that failed.
When I see all the comments online here in the forum, its obviously a manufacturing issue or the type of leds or components are wrong inside it for it to keep failing. I asked if they were going to end this line, and stock a new type of ring light that was more reliable. I would have taken a voucher for the new light because at the end of the day we need the tool to do a job. I am disappointed that the support team fails to see this as a systemic problem with the Razer Ring Light.
