i have a ripsaw capture card ( model) : RZ20-0178 and im trying to use it to record using my ps4 and my laptop ( i will play on my ps4 and record from my laptop) so i do this plug in : i connect my hdmi into my hdmi in in the capture card and it goes through my ps4 then my second hdmi goes into the outpout on my capture card and goes into the tv i am being using is that correct? if it is.. i receive a green screen on my tv and on my obs it says no signal ( you can see in the pictures bellow). the color of the gaming capture card is green and i do not have any visual on my ps4 too so what can i do to fix that issue?
