Razer Ripsaw has become unusable | Razer Insider

A few months ago, the sound starts distorting in OBS (I use Razer Ripsaw for streaming). I downloaded Spatial Audio which solved the problem. However, after reinstalling Windows, the distorted sound error reappeared. This time I loaded the Spatial driver in vain, the trial period has expired, so the sound is constantly distorted.

Why pay extra $ 20 for a spatial driver without which I can’t use the product I purchased as intended? What is the guarantee that if I buy the driver the sound will be good again? But my question is also why I have to pay $ 20 for a driver, which would in principle be just a smooth upgrade. I use several Razer tools, so it’s a little weird and unacceptable for me to have to upgrade a product I bought to use it again for money.

When you've mentioned that you've reinstalled the Windows operating system on your computer, what is the same version where the Razer Ripsaw's audio is working? And yes, the THX Spatial Audio is our newest software that you'll need to purchase to gain access to other audio settings since the Surround Sound Pro has been discontinued. On the other hand, the 7.1 Surround Sound has a list of compatible headset models. Please try uninstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0 using your driver cleanup tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse and see if it helps. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
