guys i have problem with my new Razer Ripsaw HD capture card.... when i plugged her in USB 3.0 port i got message " ...the last USB device you connected to this computer has malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it" I have tried repeatedly to fix this issue and I cannot find the correct answer. I have searched the web, YouTube, threads and nothing has fixed my issue. I have a USB port with the error "windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor fail, or port reset failed. There is a yellow exclamation point beside the USB in device manger. I have uninstalled, re-installed it, check all USB controllers to make sure they are all OK, and updated all the drivers and I still cannot get this port to work. Please help! Thanks,

...sadly not...i was try everything! no words from Razer either...i don't know what to do... im gonna return the card to the mall where i was bought her and see if i can get new one! but if u have a problem too, so the problem isn't with card or? and i can find the drivers for Razer Ripsaw HD anywhere, Synapse 3 doesn't work for me... STATUS UPDATE -- when i put the card in USB 3.0 without hdmi cables she's wooorking like a charm, but there is no signal ofc....when i put the hdmi cables i don't get signal either, but when i restart PC i got that message "the last USB device you connected to this computer has malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it" so the problem is with RAZER and drivers!

I tried to contact support and they keep replying with crap stuff. Dear Razer, JUST ADMIT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE DEVICE DAMMIT AND STOP IGNORING ME!

did you try a powered usb 3 hub? it sounds like not enough power issue or incorrect port(usb1/2) plugged into, when you get those sort of issues, the device manager just tells you there's a issue initializing, not where it is or what and given unplugging the hdmi cable (also draws power) and it works... its worth checking (same reason most/all fast charging phones need a socket input and charge slower connected to pc)
