Razer Ripsaw HD broadcasting a pink filter

I got a ripsaw hd delivered yesterday and tried to hook it up but everything it streams has a pink filter over the stream no matter what software I use, I have tried to change monitors and hdmi cables and software settings in obs and twitch studio. I haven't been able to find any help in the threads at all.

Try switching cables for further isolation or try to change the video format to MJPEG if you're using OBS. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I look for other steps and possible firmware updates to help you resolve the issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
