Razer Ripsaw HD Pink Screen

Pretty sure this isn’t a new topic but I’m new here and my issue is obviously I’m getting a pink screen. I’m not the most tech savy person but I do alright with troubleshooting and searching forums etc and using suggestions from others and nothing has worked. I’m trying to record the capture using StreamLabs OBS on my Alienware laptop as this is what I stream through. So any help would greatly be appreciated.
