Razer Ripsaw HD Screen Glitched Out Completely

Hi. I bought a Razer Ripsaw HD a while back, used it for 6 months and then didn't need it anymore for a year or so. I have recently set it back up and now all I see in OBS is this buggy glitched screen (Screenshot attached). It is connected to my computer using a usb-c to usb-c thunderbolt cable and is connected into a thunderbolt port. Any advice would be appreciated. Zac.
