Razer Ripsaw help. High CPU usage on Win 10. Worked fine on Win 7.

Hi, I was on Win 7 and everything worked fine. I have a dedicated streaming machine (hardware is not an issue here) I was able to watch in OBS, Record and stream in 1080 without any frame drop and the system had enough resources left for other things. When I just installed Windows 10 (yesterday), if I just activate the Ripsaw in OBS, the system become almost non responsive and stutter a lot. I do not even start recording or streaming. All my drivers are up to date. Only difference is the OS. I'm without any solution here. Anyone have seen this problem ? Thank you.
