Hello All, I need help with my Razer Ripsaw HD... the first one I got razer deemed "defective" and now im still having an issue with this one. I am trying to stream... anything, sometimes a PS4 sometimes a PC. The PS4 the cap will start for maybe 5 sec max then freeze. The PC... the screen is just black. Using SLOBS, and this is somewhat of a new development. I was able to stream a few times before this, but i would get a "glitch" at the bottom of my stream... ANYONE PLEASE HELP!! This is all on a streaming PC. The streaming PC stats: i5-4590 GeForce GTX 1650 8 GB ram Windows 10 Pro - V1909

Things like these are rather tricky to deal with. Do you mind putting up a short clip showing your streaming rig, how everything is connected? If possible, show us what happens when you start a stream.

So i am running an HDMI cord from the ps4 to the ripsaw then to my TV. I have the ripsaw going to my computer with the supplied USB-C cable to a 3.0 USB port... I have tried to use Voicemeter in the past to get game sounds to headphones while playing.
