Razer Seiren Elite Not Connecting to Razer Synapse 3

Hi! I just recieved the microphone this morning and while setting it up, I realized Razer Synapse 3 is not registering the device/saying there is no device connected. Does Razer Synapse 3 not support the microphone or something? I'm genuinely confused and wondering if the device is faulty or something. It seems to be working fine otherwise, as in it's turning on it has the lights working and it is recording audio, but I don't know why it's not registered as a connected device on Razer Synapse 3.

    The Razer Seiren Elite is a plug-and-play device and does not require Razer Synapse to operate. I highly recommend using OBS or XSplit to tweak its settings.
