Hi, I just got my hands on the Seiren Elite and my excitement was butchered soon after set up. Synapse (ver 1.85) is not detecting my Seiren and also there is too much background noise and i tried to adjust with the Gain and Volume and nothing works properly. i need to lower the gain and basically almost kiss the mic when speaking. i usually record voice overs on Final Cut Pro but this not working properly with me. The mic is on a table with my laptop and nothing else, i also used a pop filter. Regards, MD

Hey @Murad-D12. Both Synapse 2 and 3 do not support the Seiren Elite as it is supposed to be a plug and play device. Do try to activate the AGC(Automatic Gain Control) in the custom panel of your recording devices tab. You can find this option via the properties under the sound devices section, then click on the custom tab.

Hey, Am on a Macbook Pro v10.11.6, and the option you are talking about is not available or maybe you are talking about the PC (Automatic Gain Control). i turned off the lights, the fans and only record at night where the noises are minimum yet still the background static noises are there and ruins the experience of voice overs or normal chatting.

Is it possible for you to test it on a PC and send me a sample recording via PM so I can get a better understanding of the severity of the issue?
