As the title stipulates, after connecting the Seiren Elite it doesn't show up on the Synapse App (Windows). The following has been done or confirmed:

• It is recognized by the system with its name (Seiren Elite) in the Device Manager, both as a mic and  speaker (due to the 3.5 output).
• It works as intended on OBS and other programs, that means that the Volume, the gain, and mute button all work (but that is analog so it should). 
• Changing the USB ports
• I have tried to modify → fix the synapse app as well as reinstalling the driver by using the device manager (to no avail).
• I have four devices appearing on the synapse with no problem, that includes the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, Razer Huntsman Elite, Razer Kiyo PRO, and the Razer Laptop Stand Chroma V2

So in the end, while the device works, the only thing that the synapse would do for me is the ring-lighting RGB, which while a small thing I still want it to be able to do all that it’s supposed to do.
