Are you using a USB hub? Try connecting it to another USB or computer. If you're using a computer, please try plugging the device into the rear USB port. Otherwise, the Razer Seiren Elite could be faulty. You can PM me the device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
