Razer Seiren Emote not reacting on stream?

Hello! I bought Razer Seiren Emote some days ago. It works fine, it displays all without problem (or if there is a problem i can just unplug and plug again to make it work). The problem is: it is not reacting to the event on streaming. Or not all. It reacts to a Raid when i do one, everytime i make test of alerts on Streamer Companion App it works, but if i test the alerts on Streamlabs it doesn't work, it reacts to number of chat messages, but not hosts or follow. Repeating: when i test it works, but in streaming it doesn't react. Both Streamlabs and Twitch are linked... Any idea? I usually don't open the streamer companion app when i light up the PC. Maybe i should make it to open when i turn on the PC? Should i restart the pc making the companion app opening when the pc starts up?
