razer seiren mini light not lighting up
i purchased this new mic and connected it to my laptop yet the light hasn't lit up yet. any info/help appreciated.

Hello guys! When you try to use the device, is it working fine? Is it detected properly, but the LEDs won't light up? Please send me a short clip detailing the issue and how the mic is connected to the computer. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number as well, so I can look into model-specific solutions.
