Razer Seiren not working

Hello, recently i have been trying to use my razer seiren and when i plug it in it works for maybe a few seconds. After this it stops working and when i check device manager i see that it has become an unknown USB device and i cannot find a way to get it to work properly again. i have tried many ways of solving it and nothing works so far.

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Seiren's concern here. When did the issue start? Are you connecting it to a USB hub? Have you tried connecting the device to a different USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with its serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
