Razer Seiren X Buzzing and Rhythmically Popping

I bought a brand new Seiren X to replace my previous one that had this same issue. It's less than two weeks old. Sometimes it's quiet like here, sometimes it's loud enough to get in the way of normal speech. I have no clue what causes it. I know for sure it isn't water damage or anything, and I've been using the cable that came with it so I'd be surprised if it already had an issue. Is there a way to fix this?
