So I bought a Razer Seiren X the mic works like normal but when it comes to the audio jack when I try to use it I can only hear in my right ear and on my left ear I can hear only when I max out the volume

      Does the headset's audio balance works when not connected to the Seiren X? Ensure to connect the mic directly to your computer. Try plugging it into another USB port and computer and see if the behavior continues. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
