I have been using the Seiren X for some time now, and it has performed exceptionally well until today. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem where the microphone does not seem to power on. I have taken several troubleshooting steps to address the issue:

Tested on Another Computer: I connected the Seiren X to a different computer to rule out any potential issues with my primary system. However, the microphone still does not power on.

Changed USB Cable: I also tried using a different USB cable to ensure that the problem is not related to a faulty cable. Despite the cable change, the Seiren X does not illuminate or respond in any way.
The only feedback I receive is the standard USB connection sound when plugging in the microphone, but there is no indication of power, and the microphone remains unresponsive.
Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to seek your guidance on resolving this matter. I am hopeful that there might be additional steps or insights you can provide to assist in diagnosing and rectifying the issue.
