Razer Seiren X not working correctly

I have the Razer Seiren X and had it for about a year now. I bought it in pink, or Quartz, and bought the Razer Huntsman keyboard and Basilisk mouse alongside it. I not only use it to record but to listen to videos and music as well. Lately, I've noticed that only one of my earbuds has sound, while the other one doesn't. I've done everything I can to look for a solution to this, which all didn't work. I've cleaned the ports for any debris that may block the microphone, unplugged and plugged it back in, and used different earbuds to see if those earbuds were dying, and all just didn't work. I don't know if anyone has had this issue before, but I'm hoping there's a solution to this because I don't wish to buy a new microphone. Thank you!

Does your 3.5mm headset work fine when plugged directly into another computer with a 3.5mm audio/mic combo? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and find possible solutions. Let's continue from there.
