Hi,
Since a while, when a use the Seiren X as output sound device via jack, the left side of the headset does not produce any sound, I tried the same headset with the same jack wire in other devices and they work, it only happen with the Seiren X.
I have already tried update drivers, change sound control leves, regularize the sound button and nothing works.
I have read some threads with the same issue but no support response or nothing effective, all with the same only conclussion: Do not buy Razer products.
I would rather prefer explore fixing options firts at least.
