Razer send me the wrong keyboard layout
Recently I bought the new Razer Blade 14 3060 with the US layout. When I finally got it in the mail I found out that they had send me the wrong product. The razer blade 14 3060 Nordic layout instead of the US layout. I contacted razer support but the only solution they give is a refund if I send the laptop back. The problem is that they want me to pay the shipping costs for this. If I do this it will take a lot of time and money for the shipping which probably will not be cheap. How do I know they will send me the right one if I will order a new one and can't I just get new keycaps from Razer? Does anyone have a solution for me?
