Hello. first of all. i have installed and reinstalled razer synapse 3 times now. with and without antivirus etc. and it can't find my headset? when i enable my microphone then sound becomes muffled ? i have been playing around with the settings with no success. the only way it seems to function is to disable the microphone all together. then the headset sounds normal. whats the fix for this ?
