I'm sure the password and the email are right. I can not log-in either the razer synapse or the cortex because it gives an error... Thats a print about error: http://prntscr.com/ngobvu

    Are you currently on a moderated network? If not, try clicking Forgot Password. If you receive an email from Razer, there is a good chance that your System's clock is off-sync with the actual time. In that case, try to sync the time and try again.
