Razer Sila issues

My ISP is Verizon fios/gigabit with the gateway modem/router. Device hardwired to Sila is Xbox One X.

I followed all steps in setting up the Sila, Even restored the gateway and Sila multiple times with no luck.

I move the Sila to DMZ, I login into the Sila and enable upnp and on the Xbox it has a moderate NAT. When I disable upnp in the Sila, the Xbox gets a strict NAT. When I port forward the Xbox in the Sila, it also gets a strict NAT. When I move the Xbox to DMZ in the Sila, it gets a moderate NAT.

I called Razer support and after about 30 minutes on the phone, she just said it's a security issue with Verizon and nothing can be done.

I currently have it in bridge mode, but I lose all the features from the Sila which is the whole point in getting it.

Has anybody had this issue and came up with a solution besides bridging the Sila?

I should also mention that the fios gateway is getting internet by ethernet, not coax. I even tried bypassing the gateway all together and plugged the ethernet cable directly into the Sila's WAN port. Upnp, port forwarding and DMZ in the Sila still didn't work.
Ok I figured it out but it is a PITA!

So, Sila is DMZ, upnp enabled, xbox shows a moderate Nat. I got to "test NAT type" in the Xbox, then the NAT opens.

Once I turn the Xbox off and back on (doesn't matter if I turn it off or restart it) I'm back to square one and have to do "test NAT type" again.

I'm thinking the Sila doesn't save the ports from upnp? Maybe Razer needs to look into this and send out an update. The Verizon gateway always saved the ports and even showed what ports were going to what device. I think the Sila should do that also.
Update:
So Tuesday night I eliminated that Verizon router all together (since I'm getting internet via ethernet and not coax). I released the DHCP from the Verizon gateway. I did a reset on the Sila and then hooked it up with the ethernet, the start up/set up went fine. I enabled upnp but still end up with the same issue with a moderate NAT on my Xbox. Running the "Test NAT type" gets me an open NAT.

Another thing I noticed is when I play COD BO4, in the network settings it shows me with a moderate NAT even thought the Xbox shows the NAT being open. Message from COD says "The game tried to use UDP port 3074 to open the required port for an open NAT in-game."

I'm not a network guy but I think there is an issue with the upnp with the Sila. Even port forwarding does not solve these issues.

This is my current situation....

I've had the green Razer logo ever since hooking it up up until yesterday evening.
Here's some pictures I took. Shows UPnP enabled, open NAT on Xbox but moderate NAT on COD BO4....
