Razer Sila - PPPoE login max char limit too short for my ISP

I have no issues with the Sila, have been using it successfully for years now - I've just switched to a new ISP that requires PPPoE login credentials, and the username provided is too long for the Sila username input field... Seems odd to have a max character limit there, and unfortunately my ISP cannot change the username(generated by wholesale backend). Is there any way I can manually upload a config to the Sila to circumvent the GUI perhaps ?
