Razer Sila Will Not Connect to App

My Razer Sila router will not connect to the android app. I have been trying for a while, but have finally had enough of it not working correctly. I have tried everything I can think of from restarting it to a factory reset. This has happened a cross multiple phones and uninstalling and reinstalling it does no good. The router works fine other than not connecting with the app, which was one of the selling points for me. At this point I am strongly considering switching to a new router that works as advertised, but I do like razer so I would rather not if I can get assistance with fixing this. I am running firmware RazerSila-2.0.441_api-2.0.418
