I try to activate the 20k zsilver point, it show me error in activation and i contact the customer service from Razer silver page....they point me to the razer support order. But the T&C stated clearly anything with the code should contact the Razer silver, seem like the customer service is confuse the customer here.

What do you mean when you say that you tried to activate the 20k zSilver point? Do you mind sending me a screenshot of the error message, along with the ticket number via PM?
