So I ordered my Razer Kraken Ultimate last week and I have receieved it but I was wondering when I will recieve my razer silver, and how can I check my balance. Thank you

Did you register the headset yet? You will receive it as soon as you get the Insider achievement notification. It will take some time, so I wouldn't hold my breath. You can check your balance from here.

@GhostProOne, What kind of promo or reward of Razer silver are u talking about? I think you need to register your Razer product first on their website

I try to activate the 20k zsilver point, it show me error in activation and i contact the customer service from Razer silver page....they point me to the razer support order. But the T&C stated clearly anything with the code should contact the Razer silver, seem like the customer service is confuse the customer here.

What do you mean when you say that you tried to activate the 20k zSilver point? Do you mind sending me a screenshot of the error message, along with the ticket number via PM?
