Hi, I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset and in the Synapse there is an option 'Mic Sensitivity' but it appears gray and I can't change the value

Were you able to change the mic's sensitivity before? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps on this page.
