Razer Siren - Not recognised / Front Panel blinking

Hi there, I have just connected my Razer Siren mic to a new HP PC via USB. Windows 10 notifies "device not recognised" when it is connected. I have Razer Synapse installed (the latest version) - when logged-in, it does not display any features related to the mic (as it did on my previous PC). Instead, it displays "Register your warranty / Visit Razer Store / View compatible devices" - all of these simply open a webpage. The front panel of the Mic is illuminated with the "on / off" button flashing. The Razer Siren Mic isn't functioning. Please advise. Many thanks.
