Razer Siren X

Hello! i jut got a Razer Sirenn X mictophone but its not working, the second i plug it in it will connect then disconnet at godly speeds and will be saying its a specker and a mic. After 30m i got it to stop saying its a specker but now its using the monatiers speakers and its just not working. Its been an hour or 2 and i cant find a video to help me video wasnt working as a file :/
