hello i have the razer DEATTHADDER.and dont detect in my razer synapse,my Phones and keyboard are ok,i buy now the mouse and dont dettect,u can help,and i try all usb.thks i buy this day..thks

    Please indicate which DeathAdder you have and which version of Synapse you have installed. I'd appreciate it if you can put up screenshots of how the mouse appears on your Device Manager.

    ok sory the prob is this.Hi i have Razer DeathAdder Essential,and i have Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition,and my Phones is razer electra v2 usb,my problem is i have my mouse in razer snypese 3,because dont detect in 2,and i have Phones and keyboard on snypese 2,is not possible have all on snypese 2 or 3???

    As of this time, it is not possible. Your BlackWidow TE and Electra V2 are supported only on Synapse 2. The mouse, on the other hand, is strictly on Synapse 3.
