razer software error

Hi guys 

I've been having a lot of issues with razer software nowadays 

my razer software  Razer cortex, Razer synapse 3 are to opening not updating not uninstalling 

plz someone if you can tell how to fix this

Please click on the link https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1685, and follow the steps on the page to collect your logs. Then, share it with me via PM.
